We designed this mobile mixing plant for the construction of the largest hemp house in Europe (OPENLY project Widnau) and put it into operation in 2023. The idea is simple: we bring the mixing plant and material to the property (or wooden element). Until now, the cost driver for hemp lime was the manual mixing and preparation of the climbing formwork, i.e. the labour costs.
Our mobile mixing plant is now available to all hemp lime processors worldwide. The plant can be hired on a daily basis and operated directly on the construction site. All that is required is a water connection.

Description

DIMENSION | WEIGHT: Truck trailer with road approval (8×2.5m, 5 tonnes)
QUANTITIES: Mixtures of 1-5m3 possible, up to 30m3 per day!
PRODUCTION: 7,000 litre mixing drum with discharge conveyor. Loading by conveyor belt. Automatic water supply. Material on pallets with lifting platform. (Only trolley, no forklift truck necessary)
SYSTEM SUPERVISION: Instruction by one of our employees. System then operated by yourself or by a third party. Operation directly on the construction site or in/in front of the woodworker’s hall.
POWER: 400v 16 ampere (FI to be checked on site). A mobile generator can be supplied if required.
WATER: Water connection required on site (pump for sufficient pressure pre-installed on the mixer)
STORAGE LOCATION: Dade Design warehouse in 9450 Altstätten (Switzerland), delivery throughout the EU possible
PROCESSING: We recommend our dade CANCRETE mix
