Webshop payment and delivery
dade design is a concrete manufactory – a small team of specialists realises individual and unique projects in our small factory. Mass production, automation and high-bay warehouses are (and remain) alien to us.
For these reasons, there are a few points that we would like to emphasise:
Delivery
As a business or private customer, you can purchase our standard products directly online via the dade webshop. We are happy to ship directly within Switzerland, to Austria and Germany.
Our labelled top seller concrete workpieces are kept in stock in small quantities – these products are delivered within 2 weeks of receipt of payment. All other products are customised and are usually available within 6 weeks.
Shipping is carried out as general cargo transport with a forwarding agent. Kerbside delivery means that a lorry stops at the specified address on a day specified by you and unloads a Euro pallet. You are responsible for further transport within a property or the house.
If a product does not have a shipping class specified (or cannot be ordered in a region), we will provide you with a customised transport offer. Contact us
To ensure that you can enjoy your dade design property from the outset and for as long as possible, we strongly recommend that you have specialists carry out the installation on your premises. You will receive the best possible advice and the same sales prices from our more than 100 specialist dealers, who will be happy to take your order.
All products sold are non-returnable as each item is unique.
Delivery costs
The costs include transport-safe packaging (in most cases a Euro pallet with frame and lid), customs clearance and transport costs with insurance.
Shipping class 1: Free domicile
Shipping class 2: 190 CHF/EUR
Shipping class 3: 390 CHF/EUR
Shipping class 4: 690 CHF/EUR
Shipping class 5: will be calculated individually
When ordering via the dade webshop, the shipping costs are calculated automatically.
There are no additional charges such as customs or administration costs.
The packaging material must be disposed of by the customer.
In Switzerland, we will be happy to organise a crane for unloading for an additional charge.
